Holiday Sunday was ok, less people made it quieter, however the cleaning of room was subpar, debris left fm prev user on bathroom. Stay overall good, until 825 am next morn, when cleaning staff was knocking on our door, then next to us, which was a little too early in morn.

The staff were excellent. Front desk staff spoke to us every time we entered the lobby. Answered all our questions. We included breakfast in our stay since we did not have personnel transportation. On site restaurant and staff was very nice. Very safe area to stay and walkable to shopping. We did not receive room cleaning the day we spent in NYC, but front desk brought us fresh towels and coffee condiments within minutes. Great water pressure and large shower.
