Usually I’m not the type of person who does reviews but when I checked into my room and started getting ready for my birthday I saw under the beds there was trash, a tampon wrapper, etc. I was so disgusted and disappointed that I paid for a room that wasn’t even cleaned properly definitely won’t be coming back.

People were constantly making noise and talking very loud all night long. Someone running upstairs most of the time I was there. The room was nice but the room neighbors made it a poor experience. Also the cleanliness could be better with the drains

Very Clean Room!

I had a great stay and like that fact that I was not asked to put down a CC for incidental's. So I will make sure I will stay here again if I am in the area. The room is clean, everything works. I have zero complaints. The only thing it can be better is having a stronger WIFI but other than that great hotel to stay.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Downside was that all rooms were outside entrance, more of a motel then hotel. Being outside entrance, this promotes other quests to standing outside of rooms smoking and talking loudly. The door to our room needed new weather stripping and the heater in the bathroom didn't work.

The staff were very nice. Property was clean but room was not there was hair in/by the shower with dirt on the floor. I also found a used napkin/tissue in the bed between the flat and fitted sheet. I did not stay at the property. I was offered another room but after nearly having a panic attack I went to a different hotel. I was though still charged for one night.

Quite possibly, the dirtiest room ever - and I’ve stayed at campgrounds!!! The bathroom facilities were not functioning- shower clogged, toilet seat falling off. There is no way the floors were swept little mopped in a long time. Dust everywhere! They swear they change the sheets, but the bed still had BO and a stained duvet.
