Over paid!!

We were charged an extra hundred and told me we would receive the money back. It has been over a month and we still have not been reimbursed. I have called the hotel several times. His reply is always that he needs to talk to the manager and nobody ever gets back to me. I just want my money back.

Insidental fee was $100. Most are $20 to $25. Hot tub was luke warm, entry lock to pool was broke so I had to get attendant to unlock, no towels in poolarea.
