Staff was neutral, not unfriendly, but not excited/eager to help. Like I came at 2:56pm, and they said sorry check-in starts at 3pm. Sure no problem I waited a bit in the lobby, sat directly opposite. Up till 3:10pm, waited directly opposite the counter to give a nod to come up. So when one guy walked right up and checked in, decided to reapproach them and they checked me in. They werent impolite or anything, but relative to the warmth and energy of staff at other hotels, it felt less.
