This cozy semi-detached house, less than a minute away from the beach, has a swimming pool on the rear patio with deck chairs and a terrace, air conditioning units in the bedrooms, a small garden area, fully-furnished terraces, and a recently-built barbecue. This area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weather of Mallorca



The house consists of three double bedrooms with air conditioning, two full bathrooms, a large fully- equipped kitchen, and a spacious living-dining room. It also has satellite TV and Wi-Fi.



The property is located in a quiet residential area that is ideal for holidays with both family and friends. It is well-connected with coastal areas through a nearby bus service from Port d’Alcúdia to Can Picafort, where you can find many shops and enjoy the cuisine of the island. Just yards from the villa there are also supermarkets and restaurants. The property is very close to the S´Albufera National Park which is ideal for walking or cycling and enjoying the Mediterranean fauna and flora within.



The accommodation is privileged to enjoy one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The beach in Platges de Muro, with its white sand and crystal-clear water, has been awarded the European Union´s prestigious Blue Flag, in meeting all the requirements of comfort, cleanliness, and accessibility.
