The space

Playa de Muro is located by the 7km long Bay of Alcudia. It offers a beautiful sandy beach with safe bathing.



Accommodating up to six guests in air conditioned luxury this property could be your dream location in the sun.



It is a short drive into the heart of Port Alcudia and also Can Picafort. Both of these long established resorts abound with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, chemists, etc.



There are several terraces. One of which is on the roof and offers impressive sea views. Another is located by the kitchen and is furnished with a dining suite and sun loungers. They also offer direct access to the beach



The interior is light, cool and exceptionally stylish.



The open plan ground floor has a lounge area equipped with wifi, satellite TV, and large sofas. There are two floor to ceiling glass walls.



Close by is the dining area with an impressively large dining table.



The high spec kitchen is amazingly well equipped and has a large central island unit.



An open tread wood and glass staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.



The master suite has large glass windows and a kingsized bed. There is a superb en suite bathroom which offers double hand basins and a large walk in shower which has a view!



The second bedroom also has a kingsized bed and large windows.



The third bedroom it is almost identical to bedroom two and is furnished with joined twin beds.



The basement is converted to a hangout area with a Ping Pong table and a Dartboard. Furthermore there is a comfortable sofa as well as additional twin beds.
