Im a person that reads all the reviews before i book a hotel. This is my honest opinion, are room has ocean view, a full refrigerator, we had towls,wash clothes. There was a little kitchen nuk with a sink and a microwave, there was plates, bowls,spoons and forks. I read reviews about mold and bed bugs are room had none of that. Check in was about 20 minutes, there is no housekeeping to clean while your there, if you call down to the front desk they will bring you everything you need, place your trash outside your door and they will pick it up. Parking is behide the slide area. The pools were clean. They up at 9am til 11pm, there is a bar inside and a bar by the pool. We had a good time here, we stayed a week.

We stayed here while in town for a basketball tournament. The location is only minutes away from John Rhodes’s Sports Center. The pools provided relaxation for the players. The staff was personable and friendly. Nice family atmosphere.

Overall I thought it was a good stay. Our room was clean, I do think the room needed some updating and the beds were pretty hard but the room was decent. The only other problem was one of the elevators in the parking deck didn't work and with all the people using them it took forever to get to where you needed to be. The outdoor areas were decent and the indoor pool.

The furniture in the room definitely needs ti be replaced! Couch was nasty and the recliner has been better days the back was falling off. Loved the veiw from the balcony. That was probably the only thing I liked about the whole place. Didn't want to get in the pools they were pretty gross too. The whole place needs a deep cleaning.

A hotel that’s good for its pool/beach only . More like a hotel than a resort. Good for a 1 night stay and that’s it. They don’t even offer housekeeping once you are checked in the room . Hallway smelled like mildew. They had these loud machine all through out our hallway that made a super loud noise and was kept on all day/ night . My room was not available until after 4 pm then when I did get my key I opened the door to a naked woman who had just checked in . Lobby is located in the complete other side where I also had to go get towels at since they don’t come bring it for you . A mess , I would not recommend especially with so many better options near by!

When we got there the security guard wasn’t very pleasant. My sliding glass door wouldn’t lock I had to push it in to get it to set in place right. None of the ice machines worked. My room was clean and nice other than the sliding glass door. The fire alarm went off but not in all the rooms, they told us to evacuate, we called the front desk and they acted like they didn’t know anything about it. Overall not a terrible stay.
