Bell Staff was very nice. Room had clearly only made the bed and stocked the bathroom. Floors weren't swept, there was debris from previous guests under the bed.

The parking garage is tricky to move around. The room we had said it had a balcony but really it was a lip. It was still nice to have an ocean view from room.

Arrival was crazy, it’s a tight spot and the parking garage is tight as well I had to park both days on top floor thank god for elevators, Actual hotel was nice they should give you a map and a list of everything on the building it was a little confusing to get around and no discounts to attractions overall it was ok no kid friendly things besides the pool and lazy river

There isn’t enough recreation areas such as pools and outside leisure areas for the the size of the resort plus the parking garages word not accommodate some vehicles limited handicapped that isn’t enforced, only one elevator working most of the time

Left early as the property is not family friendly. Constant smell of weed; lots of enibriated guests; rooms had musty smell; decor and hotel is outdated. Staff tries hard, but are fighting a losing battle.

Convenient and affordable

Hotel has everything u could ask for as far as things to do during your stay. Its not close to the boardwalk so prepare for a drive. The rooms could use a upgrade as well which is why i gave this property 3 stars instead of 5. Other than that….. not bad for your buck.

Reasonably priced Beach getaway in April

My oceanfront condo was in the perfect location to see the sunrise and moonset (429)! It was close enough that I could watch my nieces play on the beach as I worked while sitting on the balcony. The room was clean, beds not comfortable and no seasonings at all. Be sure to bring your own seasonings if you plan to cook. Hope you don’t have back problems because the mattress isn't comfortable at all. Staff was pleasant throughout our stay.

We loved the location best!!! Loved the live entertainment at the outside pool. Enjoyed the Karaoke in the lounge at night. The room was adequate, however the owner truly needs to invest in temper pedic mattress. Also the property is dated… it truly needs a face-lift especially hallway carpet… so old and worn!! Along with a good cleaning of garage elevator We will return to the area…. However unless upgrades are made, we will stay someplace else. I want my back to ache from golf… not from a 1990 mattress !!
