Nice, quiet, comfortable stay. The only thing is, the cleaning crew came knocking on the door before 10am. I don't understand why they come so early if check out isn't until 11. Easy check in and friendly service.

Bathroom was not clean, toilet seat was peeling and falling apart, light switches didnt work ir were extremely loose. Sheets were not clean, bath tub was dirty. Didnt see any bed bugs though!

Overall good score.

Room was comfortable, water got hot quickly enough and good pressure for a shower. The breakfast waffles were good, need real butter - not that fake crap but the apple juice was incredibly watered down - made it awful but OJ was okay. Thank you.

So much for hanging out by the pool

Planned a fun weekend away. Was going to hangout at the pool all day then do some bar hopping in the evening. Swimming pool not working. Front desk person said something about managers not wanting to have it open at this time. It was clean and pumps were on. Ice machine nearest to our room not working, had to go to front lobby to get ice. Soda machine would not accept our money. Trash all over parking lot, cigarette butts, empty water bottle, cans, just trashy. Asked front desk for a discount and was told no. Room was ok. Bed and pillows were great. Plenty of towels.

Relatively clean but need better touch up cleaning, such as some mold spots on the bathroom grout, and ceiling joint. The Mexican restaurant on site is yummy, very convenient. Be alert to road sign as it is on an odd ward exit from the high way.

Stains on bed, chairs and walls. Smoke smell in "non-smoking" room. Smell of alcohol from people outside. Strange young man walking around after midnight and approaching us multiple times. Had to swich rooms from the first one for sanitary concerns. The second room they put us in was marginally better. Phone did not work in room when we attempted to call the front desk w/ our safety concerns and they did not replace with functional phone. Only stayed because we got in after midnight after a six hour drive. Did not stay for the second night we had booked.
