The resort is vey nice, with a truly welcoming feel, and the staff are all very pleasant. The drawback is just the price of everything. The stay is expensive enough, but the food is overpriced in my opinion. $48NZ for a small and basic black pepper beef dish?! The breakfast buffet is also about $45 per person and the food not all that great. We didn’t even try the dinners at that restaurant as they were all over $100 per person so luckily there were other options (like the black pepper beef!) The room was nice and spacious, very nice to come back at the end of the day. However, we had to call guest services twice as the room wasn’t serviced. Not something you’d expect from a high end resort. All in all, it is a nice resort, with lovely staff, but fell short on expectations for such a resort. If you’re thinking of staying, I would say that it’s a good choice out of options on Denarau, but just know you’ll end up spending a lot more once there.

Spacious bedrooms, very clean grounds and pool area. Staff were very friendly. Food is a little on the lower quality for the price, but no different to the rest of Denerau. Great value for money. Will likely go back to Sheraton.

Great resort and well set out. Staff incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Each room has private outlook, sit in balcony in late afternoon and didn’t see anyone,bed super comfy. Room has all you need. Adults only pool relaxing. A huge number of sun loungers. Can walk between resorts to use pool and restaurant. Tatavu restaurant dinners were fabulous. Buffet dinner hit and miss but part of our package, wouldn’t take this option again. Used gym facility at Westin - has everything you need including grunting men lifting weights that are too heavy!!!! Would stay again definitely.

Staff were anazing, property is so well looked after and cared for and it shows. Power point in our room wasnt working but was fixed right away! Convenient water and ice machine, coffee machine in room, robes and amenities make it feel very luxurious. Dining renarkable with 3 restaurants on site. Beds comfy but pillows a little too soft. Entertaiinment around resort incredible. Everything about this hotel is top motch !
