The staff are awesome and so professional. They were all so attentive especially Catherine the bar manager on the 5th floor. She made my dining experience extra special by recommending several delicious choices from the menu. This was my second stay in three years and I would stay there again. My only criticism is the air conditioning in my room was weak (the blower output at a low CFM) and almost at room temperature. I experienced the same thing my first visit. Other than that it is a fine establishment with excellent food. They make you feel at home

Lovely historic hotel in the centre of Nairobi. We had a club room which gave us access to the 1902 Lounge. The service from the hotel staff was excellent and we had a great history tour of the hotel from Maxwell, who was very knowledgeable. It was a very memorable stay.

The Sarova Stanley hotel was an absolute delight! We spent a night here, eagerly anticipating our morning connection via Safarilink. Our stay could have been even longer, but it was so great that we didn’t want it to end. Raechel and Paul, our friendly staff, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They helped us check in a bit past midnight, even though it was a bit late. They also created a wake-up call to ensure we had enough time to grab breakfast before our 6:45 am departure. We’ll definitely make it a point to stay here again on our next visit.
