I booked a 2 night stay but unfortunately, my experience at check-in was disappointing. The receptionist, Raymesha was dismissive, rude and not welcoming. The room was ok, it was old and dusty and the door was jamming. I could have stayed there but it was Raymesha’s attitude which totally killed the vibe and so I had to booked another hotel, and to add to the “misfortune”, she said I could not get a refund because I booked it online. I hope management provides better customer service training to ensure future guests feel respected and valued.
