Love this place, staff are very friendly and helpful. They waited for me when I arrived late at night, explain to me where all the attractions were. Room was nice and cozy. Great hotel to stay at! Incredibly convenient location right next to Toledo station and the Spanish quarter with beautiful restaurants, music, bars and atmosphere. Highly recommend. We woke up to a black out one morning which wasn’t ideal but out of the hotel’s control. Staff were helpful in sorting this out quickly.
