The room was spotless and the staff excellent… one of the best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel. The Eggs Benedict were excellent… I travel to/through Japan several times a year and usually stay at Hotel Niko … until now. I think I’ve found my new favorite hotel. I will be staying with ANA Crown Plaza again in a few days and look forward to it.

Conveniently located close to Narita Airport, this hotel is a great option for a quick stop between flights. While the property is a little dated, it’s clean and well maintained. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this hotel for an easy, comfortable layover stay.
