We were charged for parking after having earned a free parking perk. The bed was not comfortable at all. The shower shampoos was empty. Coffee and breakfast, even grab and go, weren’t open until 7:00am. Many travelers are up and ready for these items before 7:00.

Room and location was fine. Who ever heard of a breakfast ending at 9:45? There is a mini Starbucks in the hotel and they sell food and beverages but you better get there before 9:45. I got there at 9:50 and couldn’t buy a cup of coffee. And I was charged $35 to park. No other property in that area has ever charged to park.
