Location is great a couple blocks away from Broadway. Some of the valet / bell boys were wonderful and attentive and others were very rude and looked annoyed when having to do their job. Room was decent. Long pieces or black hair in our shower was totally disgusting and the floor length mirror looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, ever. Won’t be retuning but had a decent stay.

Great stay, will stay again. The only down point - two bottles of water in the room that I thought the sign said to enjoy for free, but later got charged as an incidental. I would not have used them if I thought I was going to be charged for them.

I was quite underwhelmed by this doubletree experience. It’s in a great area so that gets a star. When we checked in it was great. Everyone was so friendly and then when we got to our room, it was musty in there. We called immediately and they told us to come down for our new key cards. We went to our new room and it seemed bigger in a good way, however, the bathroom was not up to par. My friend showered first and it was clogged up to her feet. Gross. It took maintenance 45 minutes to come fix it before I showered. We also asked them for a blow dryer and they didn’t believe that we did not have one in our room before they gave us another one. Anyway, the next day I complained that our next door neighbors were loud during quiet hours. They said they would handle it. I complained a second time the next day that they were loud at 3 am again and it’s like the front desk woman did not believe me and she also said that our room wasn’t an adjoining room but it clearly was. That’s why it was so loud. (If the mattress was actually comfortable I would have not had a problem going to sleep.) Then I also tried to confirm that we could still get early check out and she was so rude to me. It doesn’t feel like customer satisfaction was a top priority. I’ll give another star for the location and a star for the double tree cookies.
