Charged for parking with a hotel in a suburb and parking lot! Breakfast was horrible (really nothing offered)just apple juice, mushy oatmeal, hard biscuits with gravy (no meat) messy and dirty area.

disappointing for Brentwood

We live in the Brentwood area, our family has used this hotel for years when I’m town. We wanted a quick staycation for our daughter’s 9th bday. Parking was $8 which is still because you’re in the suburbs not downtown Nashville. The rooms were average, yet needed some updates….just seemed outdated….something I didn’t expect from the Hyatt. There were dead lady bugs under the pullout couch and in all the corners. Breakfast is served 7-10…they had ran out of food when we went down at 9. Thought our price was a great deal for a room at the Hyatt, yet this location wasn’t. Won’t be sending family there anymore

It’s OK

Hotel room was a little dated, bathroom showing signs of age for sure. Good price for the area, but overall not the best Hyatt Place I’ve stayed at. Friday breakfast was good: eggs, biscuits/gravy, hash browns, bacon/sausage. Saturday just biscuits/gravy and eggs. Overall it’s an OK place to stay in Nashville, but lots of properties for similar price.

Honest for the Hyatt,i was expecting a little more! Clean,but older hotel,could use some updates! No ice Vending on our floor,was out of service,hot water took 5 mins to work for shower! Complimentary Breakfast was nothing as i expected went down and they only had toast and waffles,i asked fromt desk and they said the truck never came! Very disappointed overall!!

I have stayed at this hotel several times it is showing where and tear. Carpet dirty couch in the room had stains, floor in the shower dirty panel in the bedroom broken furniture just looks old.

We had to ask that the sheet be changed, and they said they would do it after three days. The morning breakfast was inedible—greasy bacon, eggs were tasteless. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and there were kids running and screaming in the hallway above us The elevators didn't work, and we had to carry everything down three flights of stairs. It took forever to check in because the man ahead of us had a gift card that was declined. He offered to let us go, but she kept trying to run his card. I will never stay there again.

The palace was clean and well keep over all, but it seemed to have issues with the heat. All the employees that work were warning winter coats in entrance area and in the morning that restrooms were out of service because there was standing water and a smell in the entrance.

Staff seemed nonchalant and it was an inconvenience to speak with them at times. There was no hot water one evening into the next day. There was no mention of getting any room service for refills on coffee, or another towel or 2. The breakfast was bare minimum.
