The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Service was good. Breakfast left something to be desired and the eggs were very unappetizing. The toiletries provided were not good at all and the hairdryer did not work. Also the coffee maker did not work as a previous guest put coffee grinds in the water reservoir.

I was in Hendersonville to play in a softball tournament at Drakes Creek park. Hyatt Place is only about 5 minutes away. Everything at Hyatt Place was great. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast in the morning. I

The hotel was located in a quiet and beautiful environment. The room was spacious and clean. We stayed in the King room, though we booked one double bed, we were put in a room with 2 Full bed. We were too tired to asked to me moved. Aside from that, it was a good place to stay. I will suggest that a microwave in the room will be beneficial.

Attended a softball tournament for my daughter's team on this trip. The hotel was very accessible to stores, restaurants, movie theater and much more. The convenience of having everything nearby made this trip much easier and less stressful compared to putting up with the hotels located in Nashville, in which was our other option, I was extremely happy I chose this hotel. The hotel staff was excellent and made my stay feel very welcomed. I will definitely take high consideration next time I am in town and will refer friends and family to this hotel.
