Very clean room, great location, safe parking in enclosed garage was a must !! Worth the parking fee if you’ve ever had a window broken - you know !! The lobby had a cute photo op wall with neon sign & Lobby also was like a game room. Breakfast was very good !!

The facility was very clean, and this is perhaps the best breakfast selection we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Staff was absolutely useless. We requested two adjoining rooms, I called and confirmed 3 times and the front desk said everything was all set and ready to go. Upon arrival, we were on two separate floors. I went downstairs to try to fix it and they said they left the room “unlocked” and we should have been notified. I asked the lady behind the counter to have the manager call my cell when he became available. I never received a call. For a family trip this was unacceptable. The manager was useless and attempted to shift the blame onto me. I reached out to hotels.com and they attempted to call the front desk. I watched the manager tell lady behind the counter “tell them I’m not available” Very disappointed in how our situation was handled. They also charged us $40/car/night.
