Great Ponta Negra Beach location near Morro do Careca. Beautifully landscaped grounds, two swimming pools, with mature mango, Caju, Jambu fruit trees and tropical flowers. Uppermost chalets require a vigorous uphill walk. Excellent views of the ocean and Morro do Careca. Good restaurant, breakfast, helpful staff!

Veru pleasant stay at this hotel. They have good options at the restaurant with reasonable prices, entertainment, good free breakfast, sauna, and a nice small game room. When booking, be aware of the location of the room, the high up ones can be quite the walk up, but with amazing views. They also have a photography service, rental car booth, excursion booth and clothing store. Staff was amazing they were always so helpful. Our room was a little outdated compared to our friend's, but it was comfy and clean.

Infelizmente o quarto que nos colocaram estava com cheiro forte de mofo, muito carapanã e formigas. No primeiro dia foi impossível dormir devido a um cheiro horrível de queimada q entrou no quarto. Imploramos para que nos trocassem de quarto, mas a primeira tentativa foi negada, mas na segunda tentativa um funcionário nos alocou para um apartamento melhor. A única coisa boa do hotel é o seu Daniel do restaurante, sempre algo astral, brincalhão, prestativo, nota 1000. O restante dos funcionários todos com cara fechada, o rapaz que entrega a toalha todo tempo parece com raiva…Ahh sem contar q a toalha de praia é alugada por 2 reais .

Quarto péssimo, éramos em 4 e o quarto quádruplo fica no último “andar”. Embora não seja de andar tem escadas e rampas para ir aos quartos de 400 em diante e é bem cansativo para subir. Se tiver dificuldade de locomoção vai ser ainda mais difícil. Embora tenham o carrinho de golf em 6 dias só o usamos 2 vezes, e na primeira vez fomos super mal atendidos por pedir para nos levarem no carrinho, isso que estávamos com criança. , e o condutor ainda não parou no quarto e sim em um lance de escada para baixo. Colchão péssimo é velho,. Enxoval né velho, manchado. Na cama de casal colocaram coberta de solteir. Pedimos para trocar de quarto porque, além de tudo o quarto fica perto do muro final do hotel e do outro lado é alguma balada que dê quarta a domingo tem festas e shows até 23hrs, mas como est estávamos com criança, que inclusive é autista, atrapalhou bastante, uma vez que ela dorme por volta de 20hrs. Mas não nos trocaram de quarto pq todos os quádruplos são os 600, rentes ao muro. O café da manhã é sempre o mesmo, ficamos 6 dias e não teve nenhuma variedade. É Ok. Nada demais. Já a academia, péssima, ar condicionado não funciona e muito velha. Até tem um equipamento novo, mas devido ao calor não dá para aproveitar. O atendimento deixa a desejar.

Quarto Velho com varias coisas quebradas. Colocaram a gente no quarto 616 que era mais longe da recepção, muita ladeira com escadas. A Manutenção foi 2 vezes no quarto e a descarga não funcionava desde a entrada, tínhamos que usar banheiro perto da piscina, o receptionista Marcelo da noite nos atendeu muito mal, pois queríamos um quarto com pelo menos a descarga funcionando, ele nos mudou para outro quarto tao ruim quanto o outro, com parede quebrada, lencois manchados parecidos com sangue. armario Velho torto. E no dia seguinte falei com o recepcionista Johny, muito atencioso nos mudou para um quarto com armarios mais novos e mais perto da recepção. Ele que mereceu a estrela.

Esperava mais pelo valor. Acomodaçoes emsua maioria de acesso dificultoso por estarem dispostas em local em aclive. Há uma espécie de "carrinho de golfe" para transporte, mas quem o dirigia náo foi esclarecido na recepção. Box do banheiro náo se mostrava em perfeitas condições pois notava-se em alguns rejuntes e vedaçoes em silicone enegrecido por limo. Necessário ao sair deixar varanda fechada pela facilidade de acesso por ela através do quarto vizinho. Durante eventos no restaurante havia somente um garçon para todos na área da piscina.
