Unfortunately im very upset, the rooms were infested with roaches. Parking lot and stairwell was filthy with roaches garbage used condoms and hookers in parking lot.As we checked in a woman was complaining about bugs and the asked for another room checkin clerk told her to use her bug spray. The check in clerk refused to refund us our money.back.This place is disgusting the very worst experience so far in my life.

This place is horrible. Poor customer service. Cockroaches everywhere it’s dirty inside and outside. Hookers all around. Found dead rat by the entrance door. No bath towels and no housekeeping provided.

I have atayed in Ramada Hotels in the uk and have been Pleased with the service generally. This time l was disappointed. The Laundry towels were not available when we arrived. The towels did not arrive till the next day. The booking into our room was slow. We had to go through the process again when the person dealing with the booking walked out of the room. The floor was dirty it obviously had not been cleaned. There was no Bar facilities and restaurant facilities they were both closed throughout our stay. The under floor car park needed a clean up trash was on the floor. We understand there was a problem getting good staff the impression was they werenot well paid. The aircon was very noisy it obviously needs some maintenance. The view from the external balcony of the city was good.

We asked for a non smoking room and we got a smoking room. We checked in at 3pm and they told us the room wasn't ready. As soon as we walked in the room there where dead roaches on the floor and in the toilet. There was no towels in our room when we arrived in the room. We couldn't change the channels on the tv because the remote was not working. There was not an ice bucket or coffe cups. I went to the front desk to ask for cups and ice bucket and they told me they didn't have any. We asked for a hair dryer and they did NOT have any. Everything about this experiences was not good. The resond we got this hotel was because the wedding we where attending was down the street.

My Room was not clean there was no clean face towels .. Thwre was hair all over the restroom floor.. My heater did not work .. the hotel was about to help me because all the Rooms sold out .. I had buy cleaning supplies and towels to clean the room There was a convention that weekend, and there was no rooms available. There was nothing for the staff to switch me into. I am very unhappy with the service.

First off let me say. I’ve been staying at this particular hotel for the last six years and have noticed the downfall of This place. Check in was totally different from checking out. Sendy was friendly and had great customer service, checkout lady was not. We had hair’S on our towels, no hot water & no remote and was told they were locked up and couldn’t get one until the next day.
