Possible drug dealing in lobby… doors appeared water logged plumbing pipe fixtures held on with tape toilet was broken. With door closed could see outside onto walkway. Refrigerator was rusted. Room smelled like smoke but property is a smoke free property

Worse family stay ever!!!!

We got two rooms, one for me, my wife, and our kids, then another for my brother and sister. We were told it was connecting rooms that was not the case. Then we showed up around 7:30 PM and checked in. The manager was super rude and acted like we didn't matter. He even took a personal call while checking us in. We got our keys, and they failed to give us our parking pass, so I had to go back down to the front desk. Then, when we got to the rooms, one room was semi-clean, and the other was not even clean. Both rooms smelled of smoke and weed. There was food in the room from the previous person, which made the room smell like rotten eggs; the beds were dirty, and the shower had dirt rings in it. I went back downstairs, and the manager didn't believe me that the room was not cleaned, so he made us wait till one of the workers went and checked the room. Then proceeded to tell us we needed to wait about 45 minutes till the room was cleaned and ready, at 8 PM. Once the room was ready, they went into the room. The manager failed to give us our room keys, saying he had already given us them but when we told him that the room was dirty, he took the keys and did not give them back. So that was one room; the second room that my family and I were trying to stay in had mold and cracks, and cockroaches. the pool was dirty and jacuzzi was taped off. Fridge, a/c and tv did not work and the Hotel was supposed to have a microwave there was none. Worst stay in my life!!!

Our room didn’t have towels, shower curtains, and shampoo and conditioner that they provide. The blankets had cigarette burns on them and the door didn’t locked properly.

Bad experience

Our room was never cleaned when we got here even after three hours we had to request it to be cleaned! Our TV didn’t work and they had to come fix it. Very disappointed and service was not very good.

Room itself was very spacious and the amenities and staff were very helpful and nice. Room itself was generally clean although they had clearly missed a few spots (namely hairs on the toilet seat and dust across a few surfaces hence the four star review) the location was good and the checkout process was also very smooth.

Great Staff, Room Floor Could Be Cleaner

STAFF: The staff were all friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our check-in was okay, it was a little slow and the the gal checking us in only checked in 1 of the 2 rooms we booked even though I had stated that our reservation was for 2 rooms but she was in training and still learning the system, we understood. Check-out was a breeze and the manager on duty ensured we had our receipts and even a receipt to note the room deposit taken and returned. ROOM AMENITIES: - The coffee maker in my room was missing the little basket that you put the coffee pods/packets into to brew coffee. No bottom basket at all so it was completely useless as it could not brew anything. Fortunately my associate had decided to get coffee for the both of us. - The TV would channel could not be changed and the only functional button on the remote was the power button. Couldn't access the guide, settings, volume or anything else. Just TV On or TV Off. Fortunately, I had my iPad. ROOM CLEANLINESS: The floor (non-carpet) of the room I stayed in was uncomfortably dirty. When I took off my shoes, I could feel the dirt on the floor THROUGH my socks. When I took off my socks after walking around the room for 30 minutes, the bottoms of my feet were grayish-black from all the dust, dirt and debris on the floor. That's how dirty the floor of the room was. It seemed as if the floor hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. Other than that, the rest of the room was clean enough.

The entire area was scummy. Got greeted by two prostitutes. Homeless people were rummaging through the parking lot. If you get a "bay view" unit, just know you are looking at industrial buildings and hearing possibly the loudest freeway noises ever while only getting a glimpse of the bay through the cover of metallic structures. We tried using the air conditioning to cover the sound but that broke after about 30 minutes and made one of the loudest metal grinding noises when turned on. Oh yeah, took about 40 minutes to check in and then we discovered we had no towels. People were hanging outside of the units and yelling and talking. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Shockingly bad.

We where there 3 nights but staff informed us that they clean room every three days. So, three of us - with no new towels. No new shampoo, same sheets.. The only bright spot was that the guy on reception let us park for free.

The room was clean and had amenities such as coffee and microwave and a good size refrigerator, I like they provided cute lil deodorants. I was disappointed that our rooms had no blankets only sheets but they did bring them upon request. The area felt safe in the day and walking distance to many places. The area in the later evening got sketchy.

My stay was okay overall, but there were some issues. I walked into roaches in the restroom upon arrival, and when we left for the day on Saturday, we came back to find roaches crawling again. Also, the jacuzzi wasn’t working, which should be mentioned upon arrival.

Do not stay here!!! The room smells. The AC doesn't cool off the room. There was hair on the tub ledge and on our towels hanging in the bathroom area. So gross! No hand soap or any travel amenities were provided. We called three times to request an iron and each time the front desk said they would send someone. We never received an iron. So far we've killed two cockroaches. So gross! It seems like people live here by what we've seen, including animals and animal feces in the halls. There is not an ice machine on each floor and only one ice machine worked on the last floor we checked. The neighborhood does not seem safe. This was confirmed by both of our Uber drivers. They both also told us there are prostitutes on this street and the street behind the hotel. I am shocked this is a Ramada property. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
