Holidayhome in Burriana Nerja with private pool and several terraces 300 mts from the Burriana beach in Nerja. This spacious house stands out because of the cozy dining table and lounge area on the terrace by the private pool. The house has 3 bedrooms and a separate apartment with another bedroom. In total there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

All bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning/heating.

This villa was renovated at the end of 2024 and has 2 new kitchens and 3 new bathrooms.

The bright living room has IP-TV (all channels in the world), DVD/CD player with USB connection. In the living room there is a sitting area and a large dining table. The sliding doors give access to one of the terraces.

The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker and iron.

Outside under a canopy there is a washing machine.

Spacious bedroom with double bed, sliding doors with access to terrace and fan. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and 2 sinks.

Two bedrooms, both with two single beds, sliding doors with access to terrace and fan. 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, and 2 sinks.

Free Wifi.

On the terrace is a large dining table and a lounge area. There are sunbeds available. The terrace is located on a green strip, so there is a lot of privacy. There is a table tennis table on one of the terraces.

Pros: Just spend a great week in this property. We made full use of all the facilities even the cold pool!! The seperate self contained apartment was great for our group. The owners live next door so were on hand for any queries we had. Beautiful views from the roof terrace. May not suit people with walking difficulties as there are 4 terraces so quite a few steps and up a steep hill from the beach. We would recommend the property for groups or families.

Villa was very nice .Few points of feedback which may be helpful.4th bedroom/pool area has no access to main house apart from front door, which had to be locked once guests in.Some hand soap we felt should be supplied in all of the bathrooms . We only stayed 5 nights and arrived late.Most of the sun beds at the beach were always reserved . We bought some sun chairs etc and have left them in the villa for other guests . Hosts could advise that on their sites to save costs to others .We felt the villa was generally very nice and enjoyed our stay

Pros: We traveled with our 3 children who range in age from 7 to 2 years, the property is lovely, very well maintained and the owner lives next door and is easily contactable if needed! It is split over 3 levels, with beautiful sea and mountain views! The main beach is only a short walk away, and the main town centre is about a 15 -20 min walk away. The only fault of this property is that there is several winding stairs which may not be suitable for small children and that it is set on the side of a hill which is a hard walk up! I would certainly recommend it and would stay here again!

Pros: We had a very nice stay in this lovely and funktionel villa. The villa was perfect for our family and we liked the town and the views from the villa. Our group consisted of me, my oldest son and his fiance and my youngest son, his wife and their two children aged 3 years and 1/2 year. The owner was very nice and helpfull. I can highly recommend the house for simular groups and we are talking about coming back another time if possible. The only drawback was that we stayed in the house in a rather cold winter week and it took a couple of days to warm up the house but after that it was fine and we enjoyed our stay much.

Pros: Excellent villa, clean and tidy with excellent managers! Great central location for Burriana beach. Villa at the lower end of a steep hill. 5 mins to beach with ample restaurants, a few shops and a small supermarket. Main supermarket was an 8 min walk and a 15-20 min walk to Balcon area but we used local taxis which cost €7. Villa is great for a family. Pool house (seperate to main house) great for a couple accompanying a family. Pool a great size for 8 people. No air conditioning but ample fans in every room! Enjoyed our stay very much! Michel and Astrid are fabulous hosts, living next door! Always available if required.

Pros: Very nice, well organised and equiped house, perfect for a big family or two families. A fabulous pool area. Extra plus for all the pool toys that were left for the children The only negative was the beds, which were too hard to be comfortable. The villa was very well situated near beach, supermarket and town center(15 min), but you have to be prepared for tough uphill walks. The property owner was very nice and helpful. Rental agreement conditions were complicated and difficult to access -contained various obligations and fines. Nerja is a beautiful and cosy village. We had a wonderful time here and we surely wish to come back.

There were three lots of fairly steep steps down to the 3 bedrooms (not ideal for 3 and 5 year old as handrail only on one side and quite high). The pool area was very I've although on the windy days the parasols blew over despite heavy bases and that meant no shade at all. Other villas around had awnings - presumably for this reason.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this villa. We were a group of four friends in Nerja for a week on a relaxing break and loved the accommodation and the area. The villa was even better than expected with plenty of room and lots of lovely terraces to catch some sun in the morning and the evening. The villa was extremely clean and in great condition. Michel was very helpful and even though the owners were next door and available for any of our needs, they left us get in with our holiday. The villa is in a great location, very near the beach and within walking distance to the town but there is a very steep hill which we had to navigate to come home from the town or the beach as we did not hire a car. However, taxis are relatively cheap and accessible to come home at night or go to the supermarket etc. This was our first time visiting Nerja and I would highly recommend it and this villa. We will be coming back for sure. The weather was also beautiful for late October.

Perfect holiday

What a find. We were a group of 8. Myself my husband and 17 year old daughter. Then my eldest daughter, her husband and my 3 grandchildren aged 11, 6 and 2. The main villa has 3 beds and two floors and has everything you could need. Then myself and my husband stayed on the lower floor which has a separate entrance completely. This has a small kitchenette and lounge area and is on the same level as the pool. It is very near the beach and about 7 min walk. On a hill but we did not find this a problem. We had a hire car and plenty of space to park right outside. As we had children some days we drove to the beach and if you get to the beach early enough can find a space or we on odd days would drop the children and drive back to drop car and walk down if it was busy. We spent days by the pool too and there are plenty of loungers. Water park is 15 mins drive away. We had a fabulous week and the owners were on hand with any queries we had. Had an excellent stay

Pros: We rented Villa Monte for 1 week in May 2015 and we were very satisfied with our choice! The villa is like a palace and we were so pleased to have an elevator to bring our luggage (pram and groceries) up to the main floor. The views from the villa are breath taking and certainly the villa is a great place for families. We did not hire a car and had a taxi collect us to and from the airport (€106 return from malaga airport transfers), however, it would be advised to have a car to go and collect groceries and to bring garbage/recycling to the public waste area about a 5 minute walk away. The pool area was very relaxing and it was certainly worth having the pool heated in May as you could go swimming at any time of the day. We were a group of seven with a 7 month old baby and there was a cot provided and plenty of space for the at least 2-4 more people. There are a few steps to different floors of the villa, so if you have toddlers you may need to keep a closer eye on them. The kitchen was a great size for cooking family meals and it was great to have the ice machine and filtered water. We took a taxi to La Cala de Mijas to see the Wednesday market and I would highly recommend this. (Taxis only cost €8 one way.) I would enthusiastically recommend Villa Monte if you want a villa that is peaceful, scenic and luxurious. Wilrik was very attentive and a great owner to deal with. We look forward to visiting again!

Pros: Het was een supervakantie, hele relaxte huisbeheerders, ze wonen in het huis ernaast dus je kan ze makkelijk bereiken. Bijvoorbeeld toen de wifi het niet deed. Het was schoon en er was veel te vinden, het was een grote villa met prachtig zwembad. Zeker een aanrader! Het centrum is erg leuk maar daar kwamen we pas laat achter, dus een tip voor anderen om daar een restaurant op te zoeken en heen te gaan! Het strand is ongeveer vijf minuten lopen en de supermarkt ongeveer tien.

Dit mooie huis ligt op 5 minuten lopen van het Burriana strand wat het mooiste strand van Nerja is.

Pros: Dit mooie huis ligt op 5 minuten lopen van het Burriana strand wat het mooiste strand van Nerja is. Het huis is heel ruim, is mooi ingericht, heeft Nederlandse tv zenders en wifi. Er zijn meerdere terrassen met zeezicht. Op het grote dakterras staan ligbedden en een tafel en van hieruit mooi uitzicht op de bergen en de zee. Gezellig terras bij het zwembad met een hele grote eettafel voor 8 personen en ook weer voldoende ligbedden. Voor de kinderen is er een tafeltennistafel. Naar het centrum is het ongeveer 10 minuten lopen met een klein bergje op tussendoor maar dit is wel goed te doen. De eigenaren Michel en Astrid wonen naast het huis en dat is heel gemakkelijk, veel tips over de omgeving etc. Nerja is erg gezellig met heel veel restaurants en mooie baaien. Wij komen zeker terug.

Flera små badvikar mitt i stan och en rejält lång strand . Det som saknas var en lång strandpromenad .

Pros: Huset passade oss perfekt med olika sovrum och badrum till alla par. Dessutom fanns det en underbar pool att koppla av vid efter strandbesöket och innan det var tid för middag. Det var en kort promenad till Nerja centrum (lite jobbig i början men klart värt promenaden). Vi hade 2 hyrbilar men det var inga problem med parkering direkt utanför huset (lite jobbigare att hitta lämplig parkering vid helgerna). Min familj har absolut inget att klaga på och hade vi frågor så fick vi snabbt svar på dessa. Litet minus för tillgång till wifi, ingen kontakt inne i huset. Avslutningsvis så vill jag säga att vi gärna återkommer och bokar detta hus igen.
