As you climb the stairs you find yourself with 3 fully equipped modern double bedrooms the main with ensuit and a private balcony also 1 more of the bedrooms compromising off a private balcony both with fantastic views of the outside area and the sea, the whole property compromises of underfloor heating system (3o€ extra per day if wish for the pool to be heated)great for the cold evenings in the winter.
when you leave the property to the terrace you find yourself in a very modern large outside area with a fully equipped outside kitchen with a bbq, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. A heated pool with a hot and cold water shower is great for all weather and plenty of seating space to enjoy with a 4th bedroom at the bottom compromising of a double bed, bunk beds, kitchenette, and one suite great as a separate living space.
