The staff were friendly and easy to engage. We were able to leave our bags in a "holding" area while we toured the town waiting for our departure. The lounge area was a great option to hang out in as opposed to sitting in your room. Breakfast provided enough options. The gym was clean and machines were in good working order. Pool was out of service, but it didn't bother us as we weren't going to use it. The room was simple and clean. Low water pressure in the shower, but it got hot so no complaints.

The night staff was very friendly and cordial. The room had a couple of issues. The refrigerator was not cooling adequately, and the chair in the room was broken. I informed the staff about the problems.

Convenient location to UNH, Fairly clean,Texas Roadhouse next door, breakfast available, plenty of parking available are positives. Shade not working in room, TV was jumpy, extra fee for parking, no water refill stations, extreme price increase during college parent weekend are some disadvantages.

this was just what I needed for my short trip. It was quiet and clean. I was able to access dining options. One thing I would say is why have guests pay for parking when there’s a whole lot. Maybe just registering the car for the stay, or offering parking pass to hang in the car. However, it’s only four dollars a day which is better than places that charge 20+ a day.

The room I booked which was to be handicap bathroom with roll in shower was not that at all. The bar to hold on to to get up off the low toilet was located behind the toilet. And when we walked into the room it had an awful odor.

Room was clean but had a slight odor. Bathroom door didn’t fully close and was cracked a little probably from being forced closed previously. Breakfast was fine but hot water for tea was luke warm. No one thing was terrible, but overall on the mediocre side for a non-discounted rate.
