Easy access to Bourbon. Don’t like having to pay $50 a night for parking and a resort fee when it’s not a resort or don’t even offer amenities close to what a resort does.

I liked that it was right on the corner of Canal and Bourbon. I didn’t like that I had to pay $50 a night for parking and a resort fee when it doesn’t offer resort amenities!

Incredibly long wait to park and retrieve my vehicle from the parking valet. I waited an hour to park and over an hour to get my car back. The only option that you have is valet parking so I find the extreme with time to be unacceptable.

Stayed here for 5 days, our room still wasn’t ready an hour after check in time. The staff were very accommodating and kind and worked as quickly as possible to assist. Cons- The walls are paper thin, we could hear the person next door snoring, as if they were in the room with us. There was also an eerie feeling in the room, we often felt like we were being watched. Pros- great location, clean lobby and room.

We asked for a quiet room and it was. The room could have been cleaner, desk chair broken, bathroom outdated. But location is key, we walked a lot. Also they let you leave the luggage at no charge if you land too early to check in.

The best hotel to stay for French Quarter fun! Perfectly placed and well priced, the rooms are a great size (just wish they had mini-fridge and microwaves!) Our NOLA go-to hotel!

Great location close to everything

Nice location. Easy access to street cars. Older rooms comfortable but needs updating. Property was clean. Can be loud outside at night because our room faced Royal/Canal streets. Bourbon St is even louder. Many homeless near the hotel.

We love the property but our checkin was terrible. Never told us where to go. 4 people 5 suitcases and we have no idea where our room was. We have been here 3 times in the last 6 months and didn’t even know there was a second wing. Guys at the desk watched us go the wrong way. We have been flying for over 12 hours then we have to run around your hotel to find our room. Very unhappy and you probably lost our future business as we cruise out of New Orleans often.

1) hotel staff charged for FIVE (5) days of valet parking when we had no car. We used UBER & the hop on hop off bus every 2-3 times per day. 2) The hotel would not clean the room despite us: calling 4 times going to the desk 2 times asking the cleaning staff 3 times When I asked to speak to the manager we were told she was in a meeting We ended up doing our own garbage as it was piling up. 3) we were charged an extra $25 which was not explained to us by Willow nor Joy. 4) we were told that on the day of check out we would get back the $60/night deposit and when we checked out we called about our funds and were told 3-5 days 5) we were promised the General Manager would call us and no one ever did. Our stay was good. The location is perfect for everything you want to do in New Orleans, including traveling by foot and local transport. The rooms are decent, outdated and there is a stale smell, but it's bearable. The staff was nice, friendly, and accommodating.

The location is amazing and the staff was very friendly. However, the property is a little worn out. The room was clean, so bravo housekeeping, but a bit worn with stains on the carpet and furniture, a cracked lamp. There is also a daily $25 plus tax destination charge which covers amenities--not a city fee.
