Bad experience

If you are planning a trip with kids this is not a family friendly place since the pool is always full of people drinking and smoking. I also had to experience noises from a fight from the room next to us that started around 4am that woke up my baby. My 9 year old son was so traumatized by hearing the fight that he asked me to go back home so I lost the money for one night. I will never stayed at this located again.

The room was large and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect with easy access to many restaurants and bars. The staff were helpful and polite. We had a great time in the city.

The location is good. Located beween Bourbon and Royal streets The appearance is good. We had a problem with housekeeping. No towels in room when we arrived. Shower faucet wouldn't fully shut so water ran constantly. Sink handle fell off. Housekeeping didn't refill or clean coffee area.

Property is in a great spot, the restaurant and bartenders are awesome. The shower could have been way better. Part of it was held together with a hose clamp. Gym shower was missing the entire shower head so couldn’t use that. Gym was great for a hotel gym. Pool area was great as well.

I did not like how the pool and the balcony over Bourbon Street was closed at 10pm. I feel like it should be open to adults after hours when kids aren't avaliable.
