Very good location. Walking distance to burbon street and Jackson square. Cable car pick up just a short distance from the hotel. The restaurant was reasonable and the food we ordered was tasty. The staff was very nice.

I liked that it was within walking distance of bourbon st, and the water fronr. Ir was also right on the the st. Charles street car line, which gave access to mNy areas of the city.

I was hit with hidden charges. When I ask why am I hit with additional tax and $100 cleaning fees or whatever that is. I have never been charge like that before. Even though it will be refunded back to me, it's still not a good experience being charged an additional $100 fee. First floor hallway to the bathroom smells. Elevators are slow as heck. Staff could be more nicer. My bed still had sweat marks in. Overall, meh. We get what we pay for.

When I first arrived the staff at the front desk were so nice and helpful. When I got to my room I ordered more towels it took almost 30 mins to get the towels.she did not knock on the door she just walked in the room I had to yell for her to stop walking in. She never said sorry or anything just gave me the towels and walked away.

The elevator was a big hold up it always took ages to go up and down. Lots of college kids on our floor that didn’t understand how to be considerate of others at 2 in the morning. No breakfast or enough coffee in the room. Parking extremely expensive, better to find an unassociated lot, I found one for 20%the price they were charging. The location is nice it’s close to a lot and you can walk many places

The front desk staff was pleasant however the room wasn’t expected- looked like a mini dorm. They only provided one face towel at a time, after room is cleaned. The shower water pressure was low and the water was slowly drained like it was clogged. The window view was nice however the tint on the window was messed up ruining the view a bit. Valet parking was over-priced. Wouldn’t make my top 15 hotel.
