There was a crazy smell when we got to our floor, never got a reason why it was smelling like that. Also it took years for us to get hot water. Other than that my stay was nice and comfortable. The staff was very nice as well.

The room had an old smell for starters, second I saw the biggest rat in the window of the restaurant that is connected. I wouldn’t stay here again

The hotel as a whole was run down and not very clean. The hotel room was dirty and run down. There were stains on the carpet and chairs. The bathroom shower didn’t drain well and only had luke warm water. We were only given one body towel and two face towels. The quality was that of a budget hotel but the price was of a luxury one. We will never be staying there again. BEWARE!!!

Good spot for parades, but the elevator situation is not great. The people lined up in the lobby for the stand tickets on Saturday would not let anybody through and were rude.
