This historic building located in the Lower Garden District was originally built in 1906. It blends old New Orleans charm with modern comforts and amenities. Inside, it has been beautifully remodeled in 2019 with an open floor plan, modern furnishings, all new appliances, and wooden floors. The place features 14-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the apartment with natural light, and local art.


This unit is 1 of 4 in a larger house. The newly renovated interior features elegant decor throughout.

The fully-stocked open plan kitchen featuring all new appliances is the perfect spot to cook a delicious meal.

The fast internet and smart LED TVs in all rooms allows you to relax after a long day exploring the city.

There is a private balcony with seating in both the front and back of the house.

The Lower Garden District was built in the mid-19th century and is one of the most scenic and wealthy areas of all New Orleans. Grand, historic mansions line the streets, making it a scenic neighborhood away from the bustle of the French Quarter and perfect for strolling.
