The Four Seasons New Orleans is absolutely top-tier. From the moment you walk in, everything feels elevated — the service, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail are on another level. The location is perfect, with incredible views of the Mississippi River and easy access to everything downtown. The rooms are immaculate, modern, and extremely comfortable. Bed, shower, lighting, soundproofing — all flawless. You can tell they’ve thought through every detail to make the stay effortless. What really sets this place apart is the staff. Every interaction was professional, warm, and genuinely helpful without being overbearing. It feels like luxury without being stiff. If you’re looking for the best place to stay in New Orleans — whether for business, a getaway, or a special occasion — this is it. Worth every dollar. I’ll absolutely be back.

We travel around the world with FourSeasons and other fine hotels but not sure what happen to the service the night we stayed. It’s normally very good at any Four Seasons Hotel. We called 3 times to get some ICE for a bottle of champagne but it never came. We would expect a better level of service from this type of hotel.

Check-in and check-out experience was very smooth. The room was clean and well maintained. Restaurant staff were very friendly. Breakfast was served with yummy, delicious and healthy food choices. Concierge team was very helpful. Poolside service was great. Valet service was quick and timely. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed here for three nights between Christmas and New Year’s. Definitely had a few issues with the hotel staff. They told us that everything in the room should be operated from the iPad on our nightstand. Including housekeeping request, in room dining, etc. I tried it right away and found that the battery was dead. Called down and let them know and they said they would send another one right up. A couple of hours went by and we were ready to leave. I called down and just told them to drop it off while we were gone. We came back and the iPad was gone but no replacement. I let them know at the front desk. They finally bought a replacement one the next day. I decided to get on it the last night there to see if I could use it to shut the drapes. It said it couldn’t be connected to the Internet. So pretty much a fail all the way around on that. The room had a great system for housekeeping and do not disturb. Buttons inside the door. When we would get ready to go out at night we would press the housekeeping button to let them know we were ready for turn down service while we were gone. It worked great the first night. The second night we got no turn down service. We called the front desk and told them we needed water and they sent them by. The second night no turn down service. We called down and told them we were going to need toilet paper and water. It finally arrived almost an hour later. That was around seven. At 9 o’clock that night they rang our doorbell again. Sigh
