I wish I’d known that you were hosting numerous families with lots of kids due to the soccer tournament in town. Since nobody disciplines their children nowadays, the misbehaved little monsters were running down the halls yelling and screaming during the morning and evening hours. The floors are so poorly constructed, it sounded like sprint races and wrestling matches were going on in the room directly overhead. It only stopped between midnight and 5:00 am. Sure, I asked for a room on the top floor, but was told they were all taken. The breakfast area was overwhelmed by the large family presence. It would have been nice to have hash browns or grits available. When I checked on my points, I was told I only had 1000 on record. Hard to believe since I’ve stayed at the hotel many times and never used any points. Something is wrong with this picture!

The checkin clerk was awful, she was rude and even used some cuss words at me because she didnt understand I had booked 2 rooms one under my name and another family member who was standing right beside me. Her Manager on duty, didn't even try to help. The property though was very nice, but she tainted the experience for me.

We had a great stay. The room was clean & comfortable, and I usually skip out on hotel breakfast because I don’t like it but the biscuits with gravy were delicious and the breakfast sausage was good too.
