Rooms were ready before check in time which was great but overall the rooms weren’t really clean there was dust all over the floors and pillows. Check in staff was nice and welcoming.

Excellent service and employees. They were very kind and helpful. Breakfast is good but very busy because they don’t have enough tables or space. Building needs maintenance. During the morning elevator is really busy and very slow. Sometimes we have a line up to be able to use the elevator. I did my check in and They gave me an accessibility room which I never booked for… I was so tired because of the trip that I decided to stay in that room for the night and talk to them by the morning. So the next morning I asked to change it but I would have to remove my bags from the room by 11 am and do another check in at 3pm. I would waste so much time doing that and considering that I only had 3 days in NY, I decided to stay in that accessibility room. Room is very simple, mattress very uncomfortable. However it was always very clean. Amazing cleaners there. 10/10 for this service. Location is really good 10/10. Overall I wouldn’t come back.

Fantastic hotel, highly recommend! Upon check-in the friendly staff were accommodating and welcoming. The daily breakfast had a great variety and our room was serviced each afternoon. In-room toiletries were well stocked and handy. Room was a tad small, but only as expected in NYC. The street itself had a few restaurants and wasn't too busy during the night. Location was brilliant for sightseeing and shopping. Would highly recommend to any traveller but as a family it was absolutely perfect for us.

Quiet on the upper floors, excellent staff, and surprisingly larger rooms than I expected after a previous trip to midtown. Very, very close to Empire State Building. An easy walk for my 96-year-old Grandmother. Definitely an excellent stay if you're a tourist, or possibly for work.

Nice hotel and clean but the room we stayed in was next to a maintenance closet and the staff was in and out all night smoking weed. Noise and smell was bad. Inquired several times about changing rooms and the desk kept telling me to come back later.
