Receptionist who checked us in, not very friendly and didn’t really speak to us during it We were put in a very noisy room next to the lift, with a broken safe, also had a shower curtain rather than a screen; the person we spoke to about this was really helpful and arranged us to move rooms. Very helpful. No explanations needed. From this point our stay was perfect and everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were fantastic.

The location of the hotel is the best part. Very close to Time Square, Fifth avenue and many cafes and shops. Also we were lucky to have a room on 27th floor facing the Empire State Building so the view was amazing.
