I wish the tvs were abit more modern with Chromecast or have a smart TV than just have built in TV service. Clean and friendly staff. Good location with alot of food options and center of everything

Too much noise from outside resulting in really poor sleeps. I know NYC is a vibrant busy city but I have stayed nearby before and it was no where near as noisy. When I spoke to the Receptionist she told me the hotel is old so the windows are old!!

Great location! The staff was so nice and helped a lot with towels, pillows, and making the stay as easy as possible! They even let us leave our bags there before we checked in and after we checked out to wait for our flights as we walked around the city. Thank You Hyatt team of midtown-south!
