Great Stay — Everything Was Perfect Everything was great. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and good layout. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants, but still peaceful inside the hotel. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall vibe was relaxed and pleasant. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

overall good

In general it was good, location is amazing very central and close to touristic spots. Room was quite spacious compared to the local standards. Negative points: we did not get room cleaning many days, which made us to start requesting it. Free breakfast is a huge plus, but the space is way too small for the amount of guests. The same for the elevators.

Perfect for my husband & i’s first time in NYC!

Great view, comfortable bed. The sofa was great for gazing at our amazing Empire State Building view. The breakfast was good. Staff was nice & accommodating. Held our bags before check in & at check out. Location is great! Wish there was 2 more elevators for busy times.

Okay but not fabulous

Listed as a king-sized bed but was not that big. Shared the room with my adult daughter and we didn’t want to cuddle so it was barely big enough. Breakfast was disappointing. Scrambled eggs were very dry and lacking in flavor. Shower was great, really good water pressure and easy temperature adjustment.

Josh and Jason were incredible

We were there with our kids. Jason and Josh were the best I have ever seen. They did TikTok videos with our kids. They were welcoming and genuine. I am District Manager and I would suggest using them as a standard for your team’s customer interactions. We would stay at this location again just based on how amazing they were.
