Overall the property was very good. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The only disappointment was that there was construction in the lobby and it didn’t have enough seating for people checking in that were waiting since much of the seating was taken out.

Great place to stay, 5 min to town square alottt of eating and shopping! Easy access to subway and bus. Very clean hotel we were on floor 15 and elevators were quick. Cheking in and out super easy and quick! Ride from Laguardia to hotel 85 dlls and about 40 min. WOULD STAY AGAIN!!!!

When we first arrived our room was dirty and had dirty socks on the floor. Only 1 of the 3 elevators of our section was working. When we asked to resolve the issue they told us they would send staff to clean since they were fully booked and no one ever came, even after asking another 2-3 times about it. They were able to switch our room the next day but didn’t offer any refunds for the first night

Arrived at 1900 hrs and room wasn’t ready. Waited about 5 minutes and it was ready. The hotel only has 1 working elevator and from what I understood the other 2 elevators have been out of service for some time. Takes awhile to get up or come down. The only working elevator only holds 7 people. Overall nice property but not what I would expect from Sheraton.
