Estuvo casi todo bien , la limpieza al 100 %, el trato fue un poco incómodo ya que casi ningún empleado habla español y hubo uno que nos trató un poco mal cuando pedimos hablar español . Además se nos quedó un reloj Apple Watch SE y su ubicación nos sale en el hotel y hemos llamado varias veces y nos dicen que el reloj no está allí .

My check in time was at 4 pm and when I arrived at hotel at 5:30 pm there was a long line waiting for check in because they over booked the rooms and there were no rooms available for all those people. After about 1 hour of waiting time they told me that they cannot give the room that I reserved and they offered two options to me. The first one was accepting a room with only one double bed for 3 of us or the second option was waiting in the lobby for an unknown period of time. I had to accept the first option because my family and I planned to stay in NYC for only one night and by the time we got the room it was around 8 pm. IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UNCOMFORTABLE SITUATION FOR ALL OF US.

I want to make our review clear We have stayed at this hotel in the spring and would give it 5 stars Rooms a little outdated but clean, staff was amazing but then we stayed there during Christmas season and it was not as great The main issue was waiting in line for up to 20 min (which isnt long for food or a rode but just to get back to your room cause you wanted a cup of coffee or something is crazy) or even trying to get back downstairs I know its their busy season but the reason I was upset is they should've had an employy controlling the line and working the panel Its a different type of elevator system (we kept helping people work ot only because we learned how to work it in the spring) so location is 10 out of 10 and if you're traveling NOT during the holiday season 5 stars but just be aware of the elevator chaos Im not exaggerating, it was comical at 1st (and we were on the 49th floor so sometimes we'd walk up a few flights and try to grab an elevator on its way upbut couldn't do all 49 ! Lol) but by day 4 we made friends with a cleaning person that let us go in the service elevator!

It was understaffed slow and poorly managed. Never stay there again. I had to attempt to check in 3 times. Requested a lower floor was told I would be on the 6th floor. Room wasn’t ready and I eventually checked in at 10:30 pm. They put us on the 16th floor. One elevator worked. MASSIVE crowds in lobby, by elevators and car parking. We got out of a show and checked in. There was a half hour wait for the elevator so we went to the bar which closed at 11. Just a terrible stay altogether.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR ALL THE MONEY WE SPENT!! Stayed at this hotel for a few days for a vaction. We had to check out early but was giving constant run arounds about paying a PENALTY FEE!! At the end they told us we wouldnt have to pay anything and we wouldnt get a refund for the additional night we were supposed to stay. Checked out the next morning and a few days later i was charged almost 400 dollars. THIS WASNT EVEN THE WORST PART!! Brown stuff was leaking out the sink water and the shower. Was originally told we was going to get a 35 dollar food credit for food for the whole stay. It wasnt a credit. We was charged for the credit they was giving to us. THIS HOTEL WAS A TOTALLY HORRIBLE AND A DISGRACE FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE SPENT! I definitely do not RECCOMMEND THIS DUMP OF A HOTEL!!!!!!

Unhelpful and unkind staff. Hotel was overbooked so despite having a reservation rooms were not ready until after 9pm. No record of request for rooms on the same floor in their files (despite emailing and calling). Elevators didn’t work (often walked down from +30 floor. Restaurant rarely open. Library Bar crowded and messy (clutter of old machines and boxes everywhere.) I would never stay here again.

Great place very clean close to many locations. Loved that our room was big and came with two full body mirrors. Staff was great and so helpful when we asked for directions !! I would give it 5 stars however check-in was 2 and a half hours long I have never waited that long to check into a hotel not even Vegas and it gets very busy. They had two people helping the elite gold members but only one person for the regular check-ins. Even when they had no one in the elite members side they never moved over to help the other line. It was so unprofessional. People behind us lost reservations from waiting so long. Before booking I had read other reviews with similar experiences but thought it wouldn’t happen and I was wrong I should have listened. Towards the end they get 4 more people to help the line a little too late. I do recommend but be aware that check-in may or may not take almost 3 hours so come at your own risk!

Only warm water in early morning hours. 3+ hour wait to check in. $35 “credit” that guests had limited option to use either wait an hour in line to get your $35 worth in a line with only 1 worker checking guests out or lose the $35
