Great location. Room was clean and nice. A/C wasn’t cooling enough but was Ok. In other hand, Customer Service was terrible. At 1am (my arriving time to the property) the room wasn’t ready. I had to wait more than an hour, and I wasn’t the only guest with that situation. Also, the attitude of the front desk staff wasn’t the best. When I asked for late checkout (to compensate of the late check in) they told me that my situation with the check in was “impossible”, insinuating that I was lying. Thats unacceptable, considering, that other staff members told me that this is a frequent situation. Summarizing, great location, but, they have to work with the customer service and front desk staff.

Room was clean and spacious, but this place left a horrendous taste in the mouth right off the bat. We arrived at noon with a 4pm check-in and were told to take the elevator to the basement to drop off our luggage. We entered the basement lobby to find about 50 or so people in front of us. We reached the front of the line after a half-hour wait and were greeted with a sign saying drop-off would cost $6. Per bag. Wow. Gouged $18 upon arrival after spending around $400 per night for the room? Welcome to New York. And here's the "beauty" of this end-stage neoliberalist scheme designed to squeeze the punters... you'll likely get fleeced again on the day you leave NYC on your evening flight. Disgusting.

We were not able to get into my room until 3:00 am. We had to wait in the lobby for a room. We were very tired. It was frustrating. I was told the two rooms i reserved would be connecting. They were not. And they were on different floors. It was ridiculous!
