Amenities were not great. Room was much smaller than expected. But we were supposed to check in on 11/14 and we’re not able to get into our room until 3AM on 11/15. A manager was supposed to contact as requested but never did. There was no compensation provided by the hotel for this.

They made us wait six hours with my kids—no early check-in, no nursery room, nothing. And somehow the cleaning staff managed to mix up my child’s hoodie with the bed linens and took it. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

Nice clean hotel, room was comfortable. Good location to Times Square if that’s the area you’re looking for. Lifts were faulty on the last day and security had to manually pick and drop everyone off to there floors. Apart from that no issues

The reception staff is very rude and unprofessional ! The official check in time is at 4 pm. I got there at 8 pm after a long drive out of state and was rudely informed that my room is not ready and have to wait till 9:30 pm at least. When I returned, I had to wait for another half hour in line and finally got a room. Others in the line were not as ‘blessed’. Saw a lot of tired guests resting in the lobby waiting for a room to free. Yet, the Emirates airline staff who arrived at the same time (at least 50 people) were treated as VIP’s and given their room keys very efficiently. There are plenty of hotels in Manhattan to chose from where you won’t be treated as cattle
