It’s unfortunate to report the property upkeep (maintenance) is in poor conditions. During my first night my room hot water - shower was not working and after the engineer inspected it was noted that the mixing value needed to be replaced. I was offered a room switch at 3a.m . After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, Yet the manager was very pleasant considering the circumstances and just when I thought things could not get worse, it did. The 2nd night upon return from the 2025 Macy’s Parade ( 42 degree) outside and settling into a new room the heat was not working, the engineer shared, after changing a dirty filter the blower was not working. After 2 long days of terrible conditions and congressional hearing with the Sheraton Staffing team, I’m simply exhausted.

They charge a $35 a day destination charge plus tax. You can use it at the$49 breakfast buffet, or starbucks. I wasnt aware of this and am not happy about it. Location was great though

Great staff. One suggestion would be to add a garbage bin near the entrance I noticed guests have a hard time wanting to throw garbage when arriving to the hotel. It’d be useful to have that to save littering
