Never in a million years would I have ever thought I’d stay in Times Square. But here I am writing about it. Of the dozens of times I’ve been to NYC, this has been the most convenient location. The staff was lovely, kind, professional, helpful and patient. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and my only “complaint” would be that TV channels aren’t great but we only watched one evening after returning from the theater.

Great location

Clean comfortable. Right in heart of New York. Easy transit. Subway right out door. Here for a wedding in nyc. A bit pricey. If they skipped the the we will charge you up front $35 …then spend at our hotel bar etc daily that would reduce the price.

Great location. Close to subway and very walkable area. Rooms are dated but clean and plenty of space for 2 people and luggage. Staff was helpful and informative. I would stay here again.

Good Location

The hotel is in a good location. Walking distance to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and a subway station right next to the building. You could walk to Central Park too. The room was clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly, but wish the fees of the room (destination fee) were explained more clearly. The room and bathroom are dated and worn out. The TV did not work, the faucet handle is barely attached, the fridge was dirty with food stains and spills. The rooms need some updating and replacing of a few things but overall it was fine.

Staff were not friendly at all. The Starbucks is located inside the “Library bar”. Starbucks is open from 6-3pm. Two bottles of water provided when you arrive. No room service. Very expensive. You need to pay to leave your luggage till your room is ready…$6 US per bag.
