Extremely expensive. Awful value for money. Sink drain was clogged, water pipes leaking. The room was old and low quality. Bedding was uncomfortable and not fitted. Heating was very loud. The elevators didn't work, which is quite bad when you're on the 18th floor. The keycard I got didn't work so I had to get a new one. The toiletries were low quality and stingy. Breakfast costs an unreasonable amount. The only good thing was housekeeping, which was effective.

One of the worst experiences ive had with this hotel, first of all floors 24-27 dont even have a working button for the elevators so you got to go down the stairs with all your luggage/kids and try to find a floor that has a functional button. Also a fire alarm at night saying its a fire and when it was just a burst pipe. Imagine going down 27 set of stairs with kids going outside in the snow freezing so later they say it was a false advertisement . ONLY GOOD THING THE HOTEL HAS WAS "Jimmy" who helped me with luggage and a bathroom key/ also gave me water. Thank you Jimmy!

Hotel was decent place to lay your head for the price. Everything looks vintage. All types of wood chips, paint flecks, and general smudges or stains on walls, blankets, carpets. All kinds of different types of fees. The one plus is that they give you a daily $35 credit to make up for all the hidden fees. Because of the storm, I had to extend my trip. Prices for Sunday/Monday/Tuesday were super inflated. Nearly 101% increase from what I originally paid, and increased from later days in the month. In Florida, we call that price gauging during a hurricane, and it’s illegal.
