At the conclusion of my stay, I requested to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, although the manager was visible from where I stood, they did not make themselves available. This was disappointing, and I sincerely hope this feedback is shared with both the manager and the appropriate supervisor.
On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent, and the rooms are reasonably comfortable for the price paid.
However, I encountered two significant issues:
• Elevator System: The elevators were consistently problematic and created unnecessary frustration throughout my stay.
• Incorrect Charge: I was billed for a beverage I did not consume, and the front desk insisted I was responsible for the charge.
Combined with the manager’s unwillingness to engage with me, these experiences left me with the impression that guest concerns are not a priority at this property. It feels as though the hotel relies on its location and brand reputation rather than delivering attentive service, efficient operations, and fair treatment.
As a result, I have decided to discontinue staying at Marriott properties for my personal travel. I will continue to use Hilton, where I have consistently experienced better service and accountability.
