The hotel's location is perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions, but I did have some concerns during my stay. For instance, the rooms could benefit from a deeper clean and some modernization, including the windows, regardless of the room category. Additionally, the breakfast option was limited, as I had booked for three people, but the breakfast was only included for two adults, and the child had to pay half price, which seems unfair. On a positive note, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: People at front desk are absolutely not friendly, if you get there before check in time they’ll keep your bags but they will charge you 6 dollars per bag and… get ready to make a long line just to drop off your luggage. This hotel is in a very good location and is fairly clean. Some of the staff were rude. Check in is slow, and there is a fee of $6 per bag to store luggage if your room is not ready. The elevators were a problem. There was a bank of three elevators for our section, and only one was in operation during our three night stay. The elevator was slow to arrive and always overcrowded. Most of the outlets in our room did not work. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were very flat and lumpy. The hotel seemed to have issues with laundry as well- the first day we had no bath mat, and another day no washcloths.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Our room was filthy and rundown. There was mold in the bathroom, visible grime on the outlets, peeling paint and wallpaper on all the surfaces. Our alarm clock didn’t work, the volume on the TV didn’t work, the pillows were laughably flat, and there was a completely useless “mini fridge” situation that I never figured out what it was for other than to collect dust and take up valuable room space. The staff was not helpful at all. The elevator situation was so confusing and no one bothered to explain to us how to use it. We also were never told about a $38 daily “destination fee” that I only discovered by reading other reviews that you could use as a credit at the coffee/bar in the lobby. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. This is not up to Sheraton quality. The only redeeming quality at this hotel was the location.

The concierge was very helpful in planning our ride to the airport. I did not like the elevators that go to the rooms because during the morning check out rush we were not able to even get an elevator and had to use the service elevator.

It was quiet. The hotel need update on the room is super nice on the Lobby but everything else needs updates, bathrooms on the room was horrible and the ventilation needs to be clean they have dust. I don’t think I will stay there again. I pay to much so I was expecting a lot.
