Room was good. Staff was good. The biggest issue with this hotel is the elevators. Not enough elevators for the amount of people. If you stay at this hotel, build in an extra 20 minutes for the elevators during peak times.

The double beds were so small and so high. Hard to get on and off. We said we had 3 people in a room, they gave us 2 double beds that could not fit 2 people. Hot water was not working every morning. Check in line was a 2 hour wait.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When we checked in, the man asked if we wanted to upgrade to the top floor. I was thrilled, even though it was an extra $45/night. What he didn’t mention is that the elevators are not equipped to make stops at the upper level! ONE elevator, out of eight, was shuffling people to floors 30-50. At one point, there were at least 60 people waiting for an elevator. I took photos because it was unbelievable! On Saturday evening around 6pm someone attempted to enter our room, of which the deadbolt was broken, but luckily I’d flipped the safety lock. He opened the door with me yelling that the room was occupied, but when he realized it was locked, he closed it completely and asked if I needed towels. At 6pm? The hotel gave us a $35/ hotel credit daily to use at the coffee shop, gift shop, or on an excursion . We tried to use it at the gift shop to purchase waters, but no good. The TV has minimal channels, which was fine, but not what I expected from a Marriott. The hotel rooms are dated, but even that would have been fine had the elevators worked, well, and everything else. The coffee maker inside the room only worked if I held the cord in place in the back. The phone in the room didn’t work except to call staff services, but that didn’t help as nobody ever showed up to assist with the elevators. The ONLY reason I gave any stars on my review is that the questions are too broad.

Amenities were lacking Elevators didn’t work much of the time & when they did it was a 10-15 minute wait on our floor for it to come. Water pressure was pitiful in the shower…which had half a door, so hot steamy showers were next to impossible. Faucet at sink leaked terrible. Had a difficult time getting in the front door because of all of the vendors, sellers, and miscellaneous people standing around. Honestly, just a very underwhelming facility and location. I’ve stayed a Super 8’s that were cleaner, more attentive, and had better amenities.

Location was the only redeeming factor… the line to check in took almost an hour on a Friday evening, and most of the elevators were broken so it takes forever to go up to the room and come back down. There is also a mandatory $35 fee collected for us to spend on restaurants/grab and go every day and that also has long lines…

Positives: great location, clean room, friendly staff (especially the cleaning crew) Negatives: front desk severely understaffed. 4pm check-in had a line up nearly to the door, and I noticed this trend every day of my stay. Elevators, despite being numerous, were woefully slow, we had to budget at least 10-15 minutes every time we planned to leave the hotel, and the elevators were always fully packed with people at all times. Not fun.

Bed was very comfortable. Room did not have a refrigerator or microwave, very disappointing. Had minor fixes in the room needed. We chose the wrong day because there were long lines for checkin and baggage hold and breakfast. They might have had a computer system breakdown. They charged us $6 per bag to hold the for 6 hours! I have never had that happen! But the hotel was in a great place in the city! And the breakfast buffet was delicious.

The absolutely terrible elevator system clouded our entire stay. Worst ever experienced in over 50yrs of hotel stay. Elevator crowds stacked up 100+ people. Those that have stayed here before say "it's normal" for this Sheraton. Don't stay here if you want a less that 45min we to go up and 20min to go down.

We waited in a long line for about 1 h to get checked in . The furniture was outdated and there was no minibar. In order to take the elevator up and down we had to wait about 20 minutes .We had included our breakfast when we booked . But when we went to get breakfast, each day they gave us a 65$ bill and asked us to sign and put our name and room number. The overloaded our bill with destination fees and in the end we payed over 400$ per night.
