The destination fee suck and the buffet is more expensive than the fee itself. The staff are unreachable. That being said the other nevative reviews are way overstated. You can reach corporate for reservation issues. The beds where clean and you can't beat the location. Renovations are over for now and if you spend most of your time away from the room it serves the purpose. We got lucky and dodged the long wait time at check in but saw the queue which was long on other days.If you can get this room at a good price it's worth it. Many mainetenance deficencies in the room.

Good: rooms, breakfast, friendly staff and location. Bad : Elevator system is horrible. You pick your floor and then wait 15 minutes to get an elevator. Then there's no telling if you will have 2 to 5 people or 20 people on your elevator. Plenty of long lines and waits. Over priced food and water. 7 dollars for water.

Pros- (1) great location (2) front desk personnel Chris Rios was the best! We were very lucky to have him when we checked-in. He gave us very clear instructions regarding the daily resort fees and made sure that our Starbuck/restaurant charges were applied against the resort fees! And he gave us complimentary storage fees. Chris was very accommodating, very friendly, knowledgeable, and had a most likable personality! Cons- (1) shortage of basic necessities: limited supply of hangers, very limited laundry bags, no body lotion. Can’t believe that a 4-star could not afford to have sufficient supply of these very basic and inexpensive items! (2) beds are too high ( around 34 inches or almost 3 feet high) and needed step stool to get up and down the bed. Only guests 6’ tall or taller could probably get up and down without step stool. Had to ask for one the following morning. Suggestion: step stool should be available in room as part of amenities. Am sure a lot of guests didn’t even know that this exists (3) hotel charges bag storage fee of $6/bag even for guests who are checking in and just waiting for room to be ready. This is ridiculous! For checked in guests, this fee should always be waived! (4) only one (1) single hook inside bathroom to hang towel, clothes. No other hooks available. Where does the hotel expect the other towel and used clothes to be hang? (5) Some guest services personnel were rude and unfriendly.
