The evelators were not working and there were huge line ups to wait for them. Very inconvenient. No free wifi in the room which I think is a downfall of this hotel. No free leaving your bags before check in and after check out. I never been to a hotel that charges for keeping bags. The room had mold in the corners.

We arrived at 10:15 pm on 12/13, waited in a long line to check in, and learned our room was not "ready" yet. We waited until after midnight for it to get cleaned. Several elevators are out, and there was a long wait for each one every time we needed to use it.

The room was very nice and the staff very courteous. Unfortunately some things have changed. Now there was a charge for each bag while waiting for our room to be ready. Previous stays it was complementary. Although a daily $35:credit is offered, The breakfast buffet was now 48.00. I am not sure i will stay at the Sheraton again.

The hotel was woefully understaffed during the very busy Christmas Holiday season. There were long lines at check-in and only 3-4 people working. The elevators were another issue as at least a couple of them were out of service and at times there was a line and 10 minute wait to get on an elevator. A hotel with 1740 rooms should be better run.
