Staff seemed nice but when I tried to check in early they were like "20-40mins" but I ended up waiting an hour and finally it was 3pm check in and the room was ready but no one let me know. Everything was dinged- walls, wood, wallpaper in bathroom stapled on bc it's rippling, carpet was all damaged and had runs in it. I'm usually not picky but this was bad! Room appeared clean though.

The room was clean, we got a hotel just to sleep wasn’t really looking for amenities so if you are I wouldn’t choose this hotel. The only thing that kind of stunk was I came with 2 kids and the TV is for show no connection no WiFi my kids couldn’t even use their iPads in the proofed WiFi for streaming their shows they had to connect to my hotspot. Also there wasn’t anywhere to hand out coats/jackets we just put them on the chair. Again we only stayed a day and we just needed a place to sleep before we went home! Great price, great location super close to everything truly 5-10 mins away from every place we wanted to go and super close to the shopping district and kd attractions in the area! Most likely would book again if in town again!

Clean, comfortable, and staff was friendly, professional, and efficient! Only two concerns - very slow draining sink with 4 room occupants is not ideal, and the window is not sealed very well - draft and cold.

well I stayed in 100's of hotels but I never stayed in a hotel room with a 6 foot window crack taped with scotch tape which made the room super cold at night,the hotel new there was a crack in the window but they gave me that room like I paid $10.00 a night.and then the heat shuts off at night and you cant make the room warmer.nice people work there but I am not going back to that place.thats why I checked out 2 days early I just could not take it.
