There was no bell man or door man when I arrived. I had 4 pieces of luggage that I had to take to the 10th floor by myself. The key card did not work when I arrived at my room and I chose to call the front desk from my cell but I was put on hold for a long time and couldn't get through.

The staff was amazing and so accommodating! I was concerned we’d be too loud since we went for my friend’s bachelorette but there were no issues!
