Have stayed here 3 times in the last few years. A wonderfully spacious hotel in every respect. Excellent service from staff, especially the Polish lady at the checkin counter and Lynn at breakfast. Free parking at the football stadium opposite the hotel. I love the walk-in shower. Modern and slick. I love the teak wood furniture in the room. The lightings. The pillows. The strong wifi. Etc. Will stay here again in the near future.

The hotel had a problem with no water on the morning of the last day of our stay, so we weee not able to get a shower, flush toilet or wash hands. (So was expensive for the equivalent of camping). Not sure if this was an emergency switch off - but it was very inconvenient. Other than this however It is a decent hotel, clean and comfortable- the shop next to reception with pot noodles and sausage & mash microwave meals next to reception lowered the tone a bit. (It Would be better to offer purchase of these things from bar to take upto room). I know it’s sometimes used to house migrants so maybe that’s why this was there. The room was clean, wasn’t a great bathroom design, shower gel and shampoo fixed at wrong end of the shower behind you and out reach, the TV was ridiculously large for the size of the room. I’d say the hotel was on par with a Premier Inn really.
