Welcome to The Downtown Eagles Nest, a spacious and inviting three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo located in the very center of downtown Newport. This two-level property sits on the second and third floors above local retail shops, giving you unbeatable access to the city’s restaurants, boutiques, and waterfront activities.
The second floor offers two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed and its own adjacent bathroom. The third floor includes a third bedroom with a king-size bed, another full bathroom, a cozy eat-in kitchen, and a relaxed living room perfect for gathering or unwinding after a day out. From the third floor, you can also access the seasonal rooftop deck, a wonderful spot to enjoy fresh air and city views. During the high summer season, AC window units are installed to keep the space cool, and one on-site parking spot is provided for your convenience.
Because the condo is located downtown, some urban noise should be expected. We have a two-night minimum stay and prefer that Friday and Saturday nights be booked together. If you are hoping to stay Thursday and Friday, or Saturday and Sunday, please message us so we can ensure accurate pricing. Holiday weekends require a three-night minimum; if you are trying to book a longer holiday stay and are encountering issues, feel free to reach out. Pricing during the summer is only negotiable within four weeks of the stay, but we are always happy to discuss off-season rates or long-term visits.
Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be guaranteed in advance. You will receive check-in instructions from VRBO within 24 hours of your arrival. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
