Worth the money

Check in was very quick and easy. Room was nice. Bed was a little hard, as were the pillows. Overall. Nice stay

Room is dirty with visible stains on beddings and towels. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with strong musty odour of the room. Used towel hanging behind the door, hair in washroom everywhere. Staff is kind and polite so it's merely just the cleanliness that needs to be improved.

There's plenty of parking, staff was very nice and helpful. It's also less than 15 minutes to Niagara Falls.

Good room at a good price, fridge and microwave work. Heat lamp in bathroom, giggle. Staff is nice, would stay again.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. However, the bedsheets were dirty, there were many bugs and spiders in the bedroom and bathroom, and the cost was high for the quality of the experience.

Everything was dirty feeling underneath my standards. Staff didn't want to refundbut did, and all we did was look at the room. We put money down they wanted i good faith so i was surprised at not wanting to return our full deposit. It appeared like a "no tell motel".

Budget stay- not best but very useful.

CONS-No pool.... its there but non serviceable. Ice machine broken. TV has to be plugged & unplugged OR Use 2 remotes.. 1 for channel & 1 for on/off - volume, Bathroom fan sounds like a helicopter. Carpet is filthy- ground in grime. PROS- Clean room overall, Wonderful shower heat & pressure, Location is close to everything food, gas & other stores.

Staff Manager Arib was excellent. Nice , courteous, polite and flexible. While there are always some issues with motels, it is their speedy resolution of issues that mattered. Definitely recommendable! And only 1.6M from Falls!
