The apartment has air conditioning and heat pump heating so you feel comfortable in any season of the year.



You will be able to enjoy WiFi connection, washing machine, dryer and mosquito nets on all windows, ensuring a pleasant stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray and the accommodation offers space to organize your luggage. The apartment has direct access to an outdoor area with furniture, umbrella and private barbecue 🔥, ideal for outdoor meals.

The nearby villages such as Villaharta and Espiel offer services like supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. For urgent purchases, the Repsol gas station is right at the entrance of the access to the Hacienda.



Access to the urbanisation is private via code for the parking area, with maintenance staff assistance available during the stay. The access road is not asphalted but is in good condition, facilitating arrival without complications.
