Do not stay here unless you want an unfinished bathroom, ripped up carpet, uncleaned bathroom w garbage still in the SHOWER, cockroaches crawling around. When asking about these things they seemed to be indifferent. If you want to spend 350$+ a night for that then go ahead, but -38/10 would i ever recommmend staying here to ANYONE. OH the best part, someone took a literal dumb outside the entrance of the hotel.

The crystal beach hotel is about on par with other hotels on the boardwalk. It’s ok at best, nothing special. We stayed here one night and it did what it needed to do I guess. The property is outdated but that wasn’t a surprise. It’s super convenient and you can get to anything, which is nice. The staff was nice and helpful and the hotel is right on the beach which is what you are paying for.

The front desk and cleaning staff were attentive and did their job well. The bath tub in the room was clogged and made showering very very difficult. Additionally, the room had mold in the bathroom and on the walls and ceiling.

Overall, it was a nice experience. It was cleanish. Very outdated rooms- outlets for charging devices was sparce. The pullout sofa mattress was foul and we could not sleep on it, covered in stains and springs were shot. My teen just slept on the sofa instead. Needed light bulb replacements bad. Nice room size. Our mini fridge leaked water causing us to use our bath towels on the floor. Our view was nice! Nice size balcony. Being on the boardwalk was so convenient and the price tag of $300 a night was fair! Parking was good.
