Proximity to the beach and having an indoor and outdoor pool was incredible. The gym could use some dumbbells and the bathroom in the room didn’t have a working exhaust fan. The AC was also very loud anytime it kicked on. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons and we would stay again.

Entry door had to be bullied to open. It looked as if there may have been a fight in the room by the entry door as there were stains on the carpet, dents in the wall and what looked like blood on the wall as well. I had to leave the balcony door open as it took all of my strength to open it. It must have had a broken runner wheel as it scraped along the bottom instead of rolling. Every area including the room was not very clean at all.

We liked the pool bar, the cafe, and the convenience to the beach. The rooms are old. The maid service was HORRIBLE. Our beds were not made once in 9 days. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The tv was small. OVERPRICED!

Room 624 - Liked almost everything especially Ocean Front, Cleanliness, Helpful friendly staff, restaurants, parking included in price! The location was great! Nice pools! Restaurant and breakfast shop very good! Overall wonderful! It would be nice if the bathroom was updated but I realize that would be very expensive. Not sure what the noise was in middle of night sounded like maybe elevator noise but we were not that close to elevators. Suggestion - to just do little things like fix old deteriorated caulking on bathroom tiles near bottom of wall near tub, fix or get rid of the tissue dispenser, maybe install doors on tub or new shower curtains. Lot of sand in the indoor heated pool. Overall it was wonderful!

The hotel was great, good condition. No issues the staff was great and we had a great view. The only negative is the safe in our room wasn’t working, but wasn’t even worth mentioning to front desk. Overall great few days.

We stayed in OC many times. This hotel is way nicer than most of the other options. I would definitely recommed it and stay here again. The hotel had places to eat but there werent many shops or resturants nearby to walk to. Although, It is nicer to stay in this area than by the bussier part of the boardwalk. Staff was great. Our tv was broke and they came to replace it immediately. I will say the balcony was different. You can see everyone out on their balcony. Kind of awkward when you wanted to sit outside and neighbor was out on their balcony also. But, we were not in the room often for it to be an issuse. My family love it and said it looked like the best hotel there!

Thank you for asking! Okay, the building has so much potential, its unreal that it has not been invested in more than it is. There is mold forming in our room. The dated facilities and carpets are a turn-off. The location is perfect! The restaurant in the 6th floor was delicious although the food tool a while. They definitely need to hire more help. More peopl would come stay there and it could be a main attraction if they would just invest in a lot of updates. We would stay there again pnce they have made some much needed improvements. Thank you!

The hotel has an excellent location! Room has a lot of space, very clean, staff was super friendly and willing to help always. The private garage parking was also one of the best things. The only suggestion for the hotel will be to update their bathrooms.
