The building is well equipped with multiple staircases, elevators and handicap ramps, an outside shower and parking for one car. Some units are NON-SMOKING. This building books very quickly-reserve early or lose your spot! This unit is an end unit with a southern exposure and direct ocean front and Ocean City Boardwalk views. If you are lucky you may see dolphins swimming in the Atlantic Ocean from your balcony. Includes a Keurig coffee maker.
