Pier View Paradise is a one-level corner condo which means additional windows, lots of natural sunlight, and no stairs to climb.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Upon entering the condo you will find the beautifully remodeled kitchen with new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a newly added long bank of cabinets that provide additional storage and counter space to be used during your stay. This is a rare find in North Coast Village! The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the pots, pans, small appliances, and cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining room table seats 6 with additional seating for 2 at the counter.

LIVING AREA
A300-Pier View Paradise is furnished with a large comfy sectional for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The living room has a 55” digital Smart TV with 140 channels. Or you can log in to your Hulu or Netflix account and indulge in a binge of your favorite shows after a day in the waves.
Enjoy the gas fireplace on a cool or rainy day and for the ambiance it creates.

BATHROOM
Both bathrooms are en-suite with a large walk-in shower in the guest bath and a shower/tub combination in the master bath.

SLEEPING
A300 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable California King size bed and a desk for easy remote working. The guest bedroom features a full and twin bed and includes a large walk-in closet. This is another rarity in North Coast Village. The master bedroom has a large closet with sliding doors. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat-screen mounted Smart TVs. The guest bedroom has a Blu-Ray DVD player. For additional sleeping arrangements for everyone, there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

EXTRAS
This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building where there is an elevator available to take you to the 3rd floor.
A high chair is provided in the unit for the younger guests.
There are three tower fans for the warm summer nights as well as the ceiling fans.
Hi-speed internet is provided free of charge.
A300 is fully equipped with beach equipment for a truly magical vacation: boogie boards(4), beach towels(6), beach umbrella(1), beach chairs(4), and sand toys.
