The hotel window was left opened. I advised the individual at the desk. In turn she telephoned the housekeeper on the speak telephone as I sat in the hotel lobby. The housekeeper stated that I was a liar and she did not leave the window opened. The desk clerk had to step into another room because the housekeeper was yelling and screaming. I won't ever stay at another Best Western in my life.

When I got there, the refrigerator was turned on for me and called I put on my stuff in it.I was so happy. Unfortunately, someone turned it on a very highest setting and made it a freezer instead of a refrigerator and froze my medication now.It's no good and I can't get more.It really messed up my trip a lot. When I told the lady at the desk what happened She just said oh. I am very upset and very pissed.

The breakfast was good, staff was friendly, the room smelled wet and musty, we had to go purchase air freshener and leave the door open to air it out. The bed was hard which made it difficult to sleep.

Parking was very convenient and safe. Night clrk was vey efficient. Room very clean but there was a bad odor of smoke. Unfortunately that was the only king bed available. Breakfast was a full breakfast.
