The room was dirty and had nats flying around. The sprinkler had been pushed in like some one was trying to hide a camera. The tv only had analog channels and they screen would static out pink and blue colors while trying to watch. Would not recommend booking here

Staff was courteous. I brought cash to pay for my room and learned that the hotel does not accept cash for room payment. Luckily I had a credit card. The TV in our room did not work. We're book readers so that didn't matter that much.

They put us in a accessible room, first off and then the shower has been leaking for some time. There is water damage all around the shower. Their pool is under maintenac

Absolute worst experience ever at a hotel ! Tried to extend my stay and pay for it, but was told that because I couldn’t leave work to come in in person, they would rather pack up my belongings and have me pick them up at the front desk than accept payment over the phone or offer any reasonable alternative. That response was unprofessional, unnecessary, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. Most hotels can process payment remotely — choosing to remove a guest’s belongings instead of taking payment is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience and not how paying guests should be treated.
