Okay but not great.

The downstairs was very nice, well lit, and looked updated- however upstairs smelled weird, was very dark, and gave horror movie vibes. The room had weird stains on the floors, and even though we had out the do not disturb sign and a sign in the bathroom said housekeeping was only by request, we came back from our event to a room that had things moved & someone had evidently been in it.

No luggage carts in sight the whole 3 days I was there. 3 trips for disabled seniors citizen to and from car to unload and load car to 2nd floor room
