When we got in our room, it was warm. After turning down the window unit for an hour, it was clear that the air conditioning was not working. We waited while they switched out the unit for another one because we were told the property was fully booked and they couldn’t move us to a different room. The room itself was just okay. Multiple outlets in the room, but only the one that had the tv on it and the one in the bathroom worked consistently. Woke up in the morning to all dead electronics. The small fridge had a leak at some point and the cabinet was falling apart. The room definitely needs a refresh. The employees were very nice, but I won’t stay there again. I wish I had gotten the refund that would have happened if they couldn’t fix the air conditioner so that we could have stayed somewhere else.

It is OK for the price point, but much like a Best Western. The room we stayed in had large wet spots on the carpet and still some transport plastic wrapping the bed frames. There were a large number of towels - 15 to be specific - and no soaps in the bathroom. Some details that would've made this stay less uncomfortable.

Nope! Reviews stating that the rooms smell are true. Lobby clean, but that was it. As soon as we got off the elevator it was noticeably warmer. Upon entering our room there was a strong odor in our room and floor was dirty. Ended up buying a plug-in air freshener and Lysol to help with smell.
