There were dirty dishes in the sink when we arrived. Carpet is filthy. There was a flashlight left on the counter. No soap by any sink. The room was in rough shape. Pictures online do not reflect accurately.

Door lock was broken and door was broken half way off. Pool was closed even tho it was 85 degrees and nobody notified me and it’s the main reason I chose this hotel. Only decaf coffee packets in room, not enough soap. The whole property looks abandoned. And there are huge loud dogs that bark ALL NIGHT. I was sad for the dogs.

I wanted a not too expensive room with a kitchenette and this looked decent online. Nope. Carpet was dirty, room smelled like mold, the bathroom was so scary I skipped taking a shower. There was one cup, 2 glasses, 2 plates, 1 knife, etc. The grounds were covered in trash and the breakfast was minimal. You get what you pay for.

This hotel is a disaster. I had to change rooms twice because of various issues - bathroom door was missing hinges, power outlets did not work, leaking pipes under the bathroom sink, mold in the cabinets, the AC and the heat running at the same time. The staff was accommodating each time I requested a change, but I should not have put in that position. Doubtful that I'll be returning.

The room was clean. Bathroom door and shower seemed to need some work. For some reason the front door latch “fell into place” once we left for the day requiring us to get the front desk and a tool and 30 minutes to get back into our room. Not a good look for this property .

What I liked: The rooms were nice and roomy and clean. The bed was comfortable. What could be improved: Each day I had to go 2 or 3 times to pick up clean wash cloths. They had towels, but the wash cloths were in short supply. The breakfast items were also in short supply. One day they only had one serving of hash browns at 8:30 a.m. I also would prefer taking a shower in a shower and not in a slippery bath tub. My wife and I had to both be very careful to not slip and fall in the bathtub.

Guy at the check in counter was nice...all went downhill from there. Walked into the room. Reaked of Marijuana. Hot and stinky in the room. A/C wasn't on. Floor was filthy. Didn't appear it had been vacuumed in some time. Tried opening the siding door and a bird's nest was wedged in the sliding door so couldn't open it far. Got the AC on for a moment. Battery died to the thermostat so the AC kicked off. Found dead bugs on the bed blankets. Stains on the sheets. Blood splatter on the curtains. Blood droplets on the floor. Hair all over the place. Floor, sinks, etc. Cobwebs in the kitchen. Broken tile. Closet door wouldn't slide closed. The place looked nothing like the photos. Place was a dive. We packed up and checked in to another hotel. Would never recommend this place. Would never stay at this place ever again. Total garbage.

The manager took care of me. He made an exception for me after hearing my situation, won’t say what, but it was much appreciated. I made sure to alert them of a lightbulb that went out and the sink was draining slow, they appreciated it and I’m sure maintenance was on it I watched them run to fix an issue in another unit (nothing major but they treated it immediately) everyone working there was polite, friendly and professional.

Odio los pisos pegajosos y mal olor y este lugar en cuanto tocamos piso en la cosina y baño estaban pegajosos y todo el lugar mal olor. como que embarraron miel en el trapeador ademas muchos mosquitos que se hacen de la comida, preguntamos por algun spray mata insectos y no tenian tuvimos que ir al Walmart mas cercano a comprar y terminamos comprando sabanas tambn porque no me dio confianza ni la cama. Cero recomendado.

It had all of the amenities you could want. It was quiet even being 4th of July weekend. The last night was the only bad one...neighbors were quite loud and had their lights shining in through our windows for hours in the early morning. Making the curtains in the room able to keep out more light would be nice! The only annoying thing that happened was a representative came and told us that we needed to leave since our stay was at an end before checking the computer to see that we still had another night to stay. She was present when the booking was made so she should have been more aware.
