Welcome to the PHOENIX ORANGE BEACH 2 unit 1401 located on the 14th floor. Gulf front vacationing at its finest! Unbelievable Direct unobstructed views are the best for your family with its amazing views of the white sand beach and Relaxing Gulf of Mexico. Walk to Bar's, Restaurants', Shopping and Marina.
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor directly overlooking the Beach and the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished. The Large balcony provides incredible views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, Free High Speed WiFi throughout the unit, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55"SMART TV in the master, and Smart TV's in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, king in the 3rd bedroom and two queen beds in the 4th bedroom.. The unit sleeps 10 in beds. Charcoal Grills are available near the pool area. The kitchen comes with both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. There is not a sofa sleeper in this unit.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large Hot tub, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf. Located directly across the street from Shrimp Basket and Zeke's Marina. As well as Ice cream, and Donuts store. We also offer free use of our owners closet to store your beach supplies at no extra charge. This gives you more room and helps when you have floats, coolers, tents, umbrella's and kids toys.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. The facility offers full time on site security.

This condo is decorated beautifully and is very roomy. The balcony and view of the gulf is amazing. We enjoyed the lazy river and direct access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with our condo! It was just as described and pictured, and then some!We rented a car for the week and parking garage was easy parking.The balcony had a beach view that was great, would have been better, if the sun would have come out! Lazy river was very relaxing as well.The one thing a couple of our gals noticed, the shower floor was a little slippery, so you know it was clean!We had a couple hours before we could get in, so bought our groceries. You may want to pick up some coffee filters, S/P and foil/saran wrap, if you’re cooking at all. Great variety of dishes to do so!We said this would be a great place to bring our immediate family’s!

The view was amazing!!! The condo and staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful! We had an awesome vacation with our kids and grandkids! The unit was beyond our expectations, it was incredibly clean and spacious!! Our host was very prompt to answer any question we had. The unit was ocean front with incredible sunsets! The lazy river was fantastic during the day an bad the indoor pool and jacuzzi were great in the evenings. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. The condo was spacious, well decorated, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The patio had an excellent view of the beach and the pool below. The floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides made the view amazing! The grandkids and the adults loved the slide and the lazy river. The boardwalk leading to the beach was nice with water hoses scattered for easy clean up. We will definitely be back.

Loved this place so much! It was so incredibly nice and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. We had a slight miss communication on payment timing and then on check-in but honestly this place was so nice it didn’t even matter. Our vacation was amazing. This condo was beautiful, it looked just like pics. And the views from inside and out on the balcony were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Check in was very easy and there are shopping carts to load all your stuff in to take from car to room. Enough elevators that we never had to wait. And both adults and kids had so much fun at the lazy river. And the ease and safety of being able to walk from the condo to the lazy river to the beach and back and forth was a huge plus!! This condo was perfect, beautifully decorated, clean, amazing views, and had plenty of room for our group of 9. We all had a great time staying in this condo, and would definitely book it again!!!! Oh, and it was so nice that elevators took you right to parking levels , and also the storage lockers for all your beach stuff made it easy to go back and forth to the beach. So if your thinking of coming to Orange Beach, don't hesitate to book this condo.

Great location in Orange Beach with direct access to the beach just steps away from the condo. Phoenix properties never disappoint - pool, slide, lazy river, plenty of poolside seating. Indoor pool was nice to beat the heat for a bit. The elevators in this place are super fast! There was no point in time where we waited for more than a minute! The condo was relaxing and provide more than enough space for two families of 4. Beds were comfy. The balcony and ceiling to floor windows had the best Gulf views

Great Place

We enjoyed the condo and the Phoenix 2 property. Entire resort was spotless and seems to be well run. Condo had amazing views and was really. comfy. Plenty of space for all of us. Lazy river was enjoyed by all. Beach Storage closet was an added bonus. I’d stay here again. It was our first time to Orange Beach and we’d certainly go back. The people at orange beach are some of the nicest you’ll ever meet.
