The Northside Walkway repair and resurfacing project will begin 9/14/2026 on the 15th floor and will proceed floor by floor. The 7th floor will be closed from December 7, 2026 - December 26 (weather permitting). Be aware that there will be work performed sequentially on every floor between mid September and February. While ongoing, there will be periods of LOUD NOISE due to JACKHAMMERS, GRINDERS and DRILLS from 8Am to 5PM Monday through Friday. This was my first time stay at the Phoenix III and it was a great experience. I communicated with the host and they were within a few mintues replying back.The condo was clean, and the beds was comfortable.The view was amazing!! I will highly recommend The Phoenix.

Fabulous view! The unit had everything we needed. Steps to the beach, heated indoor pool, workout facility, and close to shopping. We enjoyed the layout of the unit, with the two rooms separated and each having their own bathroom.

My father lost his wife 10 months ago and moved in with us. He has never seen the ocean before. My husbands mother had brain surgery and is now 70 and him and her has never been to the ocean together. Our 2 oldest grandkids live with us and has never been to the ocean. This is the same beach and condos we stayed in 10 years ago when we found out we was going to become grandparents. So this beach and condos felt like the right place to go back to with our grandkids and my father and his mother. We made beautiful memories this past week. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful place.

It was incredible. This was our first time taking a week-long family vacation, not to mention going to a beach for vacation. Our kids enjoyed every minute of it. Memories made we will never forget. This isn’t something usually in our budget, but someone told me that you can always make more money, but you’re limited on time to make memories.

We had a wonderful time! Check-in was easy. Condo was beautiful and clean. Beds were comfy! View was amazing, and beach couldn't have been more perfect! The only suggestion I'd offer is to provide some of the basics, like shampoo, conditioner, more than one laundry and dishwasher pod, etc. I cannot recall the last rental that hasn't provided these items. We were a little annoyed to have to run to Walmart for shampoo and conditioner especially. Not a game changer... but would be nice to include the basics. Beach towels would also be handy - another unexpected purchase, as we didn't want to use the bathroom towels. Other than that, we fell in love with the area and will definitely be back! The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4.
